Foam Sprayer

 Our client is looking for a Foam Sprayer

Spray foam technicians use compressor hoses to spray an expanding polyurethane foam material to insulate commercial and residential structures. The insulation can take place during or after a building’s construction. The technician must be somewhat physically fit, as the job sometimes requires spray foam insulation in tight or hard to reach areas such as attics, basements and crawlspaces. In some instances, a spray foam technician may remove previous insulation materials before re-insulating with spray foam.

Technician Duties and Requirements

  • A spray foam technician must have a valid driver’s license due to the amount of travel to work sites and MUST be able to drive a 5 ton truck. The technician gathers the needed equipment and performs a test to make sure it is working properly. The tech is expected to regularly service and maintain spray foam equipment and keep insulation materials properly stored at all times. This job also requires strict adherence to safety guidelines due to the overall potentially hazardous nature of working in a construction zone.
  • New technicians also undergo on-the-job training with an experienced spray foam technician for a certain amount of time determined by the employer.

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for assisting the Safety Manager. This role will be responsible for processing applications and handling / reviewing driver logs. In addition, the Safety Compliance Coordinator will manage the comprehensive motor carrier safety program in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Additionally, this individual will ensure the safety of drivers and confirm that CVOR/DOT compliances are met.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate priorities for all safety and compliance functions company wide.

· On a daily basis review and audit driver logs to ensure drivers compliance to DOT rules and regulations.

· Assist with all driver questions regarding hours of service and driver logs.

· Assist the recruitment/onboarding department with driver onboarding, including driver orientation, review and audit of driver qualification files, and setup of new drivers in applicable systems.

· Perform all driver educational functions including: Corrective education for drivers with violations/safety issues; Based on safety data and trends, lead company-wide driver education & communication for any policy updates, reminders, and issues.

· Perform regular audits of driver qualification files to ensure compliance with FMCSR and DOT regulations.

· Coordinate compliance activities for any DOT or safety audits.

· Professionally communicate and coordinate with all other company departments, including Recruitment, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure all drivers are operating within all applicable rules, regulations, policies & procedures.

· Regularly monitor safety trends, including FMCSA Safety Ratings, accident/claim trends, or any other issues that impact company’s profitability or statistics.

· Understanding accident and claim reporting procedures and processes.

· Ability to file in a timely manner all truck registrations and permits.

· Comply with all rules, regulations, and safety policies of the company.

Experience

- Previous experience in safety coordination in the transportation field preferred

CNC Machine Operator


 

Our client is looking for a CNC machine operator to set up and operate a CNC structural steel thermal cutting processor that is capable of plasma cutting and oxy fuel burning structural steel sections as specified by NC files. We are also seeking an operator to set up and run a CNC structural steel drill processor that is capable of drilling, tapping, and milling steel as specified by NC files. Both positions require great attention to detail and standing for extended periods.
